Operations Manager

Rhiannon Bogozi is the Operations Manager of the Public Safety Network. Her experience in public safety began nearly 15 years ago as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. She then went on to work for the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC).
Rhiannon starter her career at the IAFC as a Program Coordinator for FEMA funded grant programs focusing on volunteer fire department recruitment and retention efforts. During her time in this position, she coordinated marketing efforts, created new education and training programs, and assisted in the revitalization of existing training programs. She later went on to become a Conference Coordinator and worked with a team to help organize the IAFC’s national and international fire service and EMS conferences. She also assisted in the 2020 redesign of IAFC’s Fire Rescue International (FRI).
Rhiannon’s skills lie in organization, process and procedure creation, and training and education. During her professional career, she has created or assisted in the creation and implementation of numerous training programs spanning multiple disciplines.
Rhiannon is currently pursuing her B. S. in Homeland Security from American Public University. In her free time, she can be found running around with her four children, hiking Virginia trails, or working on a project in her craft studio. She is based in Stafford, Virginia.
